Winter Workout for Glowing Face In Two Steps Only
Everyone loves to have a glowing face all the times, at all ages ,in all seasons and especially during Winters do number of things to make it happen, spent hours at beauty spa’s, salon,eat guided meals,do exercise and so on, but still less results. The reason behind is ,not doing the right things. So friends, I’m going to share with you the quickest two step solution i.e.“2-O” which means 1) Oxygen Therapy & 2) Oil Therapy. You must not have heard them ever before. So here are the two mind blowing and face glowing therapies only for you. And the bonus is that you can do them on your own without any further help at your home in
just 6-8minutes . Regularity is the Key.
- After daily morning routine.
- Just sit/ stand comfortably.
- Breath in through mouth.
- Hold the breath inside.
- And close ears with index fingers.
- Keep breath inside mouth for 15- 20 seconds.
- Then exhale from your nostrils.
- Repeat the practice 8-10 times.
- Take Mustard Oil or TilKa Tel (Sesame Oil).
- Fill your mouth with the oil.
- Hold oil for 2-5 minutes in the mouth as comfortable.
- Swish it once or twice and throw it out.
- Can repeat this practice twice a day (in morning and at bed time).
- Now, you are your own beauty expert.
