EAT RIGHT: as taught earlier in schools a balanced diet is a must. Include all types of foods in your healthy routine. From proteins, vitamins to healthy fats. These will not only help in keeping your skin healthy but also will protect your from skin getting diseased.

SLEEP WELL: Doesn’t matter how many messages you have not seen in last 45 minutes, leave that half chapter unread from a book. Don’t keep yourself awake for too long. For a healthy skin, one must complete the sleep cycle for best of the results. If you are eating right then you will sleep tight as well. “Early to bed early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise”. Can’t forget this at all!

MAINTAIN THE LIFESTYLE: For a nourishing life, one must not forget to take little steps like eating well. Avoid eating late at night. Keeping yourself away from screens prior an hour before bedtime will lead a good morning. Manage anxieties by some simple relaxation exercises. Also, reduce the caffeine intake. Nutritional therapist, Kerry suggests that sugar processed food should be converted into a glass of milk and a slice of banana.
