Even Frida Pinto who came back to Bollywood industry with movie Love Sonia and she was awarded for her performance Diversity award. Sanju film received three awards and they are Best film award, Vicky Kaushal for Best supporting performance, Rajkumar Hirani bagged best director award and Ranbir Kapoor won IFFM Vanguard award for his breakthrough performance in film Sanju. Mahanati a biopic movie based on actress Savitri in which Keerthy Suresh in the titular role won a special award for equality in cinema.

On the same day, there is Q & A session with the director of film Kuch Bheege Alfaaz Onir.On 20th there is Q & A session with the creator of film Tikli and Lakshmi Bomb which is on air on Netflix Aditya Kriplani.
